The Test Technician will test a verity of electronics equipment for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) compliance to international agency regulations. This equipment will often incorporate new and emerging technologies. To perform their duties, the test technician will work with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, RF receivers, oscilloscopes, and other RF test equipment. The Test Technician will work directly with the clients helping to find solutions to EMC design problems, which may contribute to any failures. This Test Technician would also be responsible for compiling the test data in technical report for the client and the respective agencies. Other responsibilities includes calibrating test equipment, maintaining test lab, assisting with agency audits, learning continuously and working as a team player.


Qualifications: Associate degree in Electronics or computers is acceptable with some experience. Degree in Electronics is a plus, basic electronics knowledge is preferable. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Ability to take detailed and accurate notes. The individual must be punctual, organized and dependable and possess a willingness to learn and grow with the company.


Salary: Salary will commensurate with education, knowledge, and experience. We do pay overtime not the commission.



Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
