Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness

- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase patronage

- Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering and supplier relationships

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

- Review timecards, approve punches, monitor overtime, missed meals, attendance, and payroll accuracy. 

- Monitor daily/weekly labor costs, productivity, and staffing levels against forecast and budget. 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Sound financial and operational acumen

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management certifications are a plus
