Theater Event Staff Supervisor - On Call

• Supervise, direct, and support daily activities of event staff. 


• Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate expectations, event details, and service standards.


• 
  

  Provide on-the-floor leadership during events, addressing staffing needs and operational issues in real time.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with training, coaching, and performance feedback for event staff.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure guests are greeted professionally and assisted with seating, directions, and general inquiries.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor guest flow, seating areas, aisles, and common spaces to maintain order and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Address guest concerns and service recovery issues promptly and professionally.

  
  


• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

This is an on-call position. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).


• One year of supervisory experience (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).


• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.


• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 


• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
