Job Description - Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator
Position Overview
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to assist clients with planning memorable vacation experiences, with a special focus on Disney destinations, theme park vacations, family getaways, cruises, and resort stays.
This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families, couples, and groups create fun, well-planned travel experiences while providing excellent service from the first inquiry through the final details of their trip.
The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, self-motivated, and excited about helping clients navigate vacation options, compare destinations, organize travel details, and feel confident throughout the planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations
Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons
Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences
Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner
Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation
Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details
Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through
Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience
Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools
Qualifications
Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, friendly, and responsive customer service approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests at one time
Comfortable researching vacation options and explaining information clearly to clients
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced planning environment
Interest in Disney destinations, theme parks, family travel, cruises, resorts, or vacation planning preferred
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, sales, coordination, travel, or event planning is helpful but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Training
Comprehensive training is provided, including support with vacation planning, supplier resources, destination education, and booking processes.
