Therapeutic Mentor Position

TMH Behavioral Services, P.C. , is a group mental health private practice and behavioral health clinic that is committed to helping others overcome obstacles in their lives by transformation of the mind, body, and soul. We are a team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals that include Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and Holistic Wellness doctors. 

We are currently hiring for therapeutic mentors to mentor, support, and coach youth in age-appropriate behaviors, communication, problem-solving, and social activities. Enhance youths' wellness by identifying skills, support, and resources.

Work closely with clinical providers on goals and engage in supervision and weekly meetings. Complete paperwork and weekly billing.

Compensation

*Contract position

$25 per billable hour

Mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Full coverage auto insurance


• 21+ years old


• High school diploma or GED


• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record


• Lived experiences with special needs, systemic needs, or mental health issues


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Explore


• Ability to work flexible hours, which includes weekends


• Bilingual abilities are a plus
