ThingsBook - Strategic Partnerships Specialist

• Identify and initiate high-potential partnerships across platforms, creators, and communities
• Develop strategic insights on the creator economy, social platforms, and emerging consumer behaviors
• Analyze competitors and emerging platforms
• Support and participate in live partnership discussions and deal execution
• Uncover new opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives

• Contribute to shaping early-stage growth initiatives and go-to-market approaches
• Plan and execute community events for partnerships
• Build strategy decks and internal reports
• Apply structured thinking to ambiguous problems and drive them forward
• Contribute to decisions that impact product and growth direction

• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business, or startups
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Intellectually curious, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience or strong interest in media, creators, community platforms, or consumer tech
• Self-starter who can take ownership of projects

• Job type: Full-time
• Location: Hybrid (Redwood City, CA)
• Pay: $64,000 - $80,000 per year
• Applicants will be required to submit a portfolio showcasing their work samples.
