Customer Service Training, and/or equivalent work experience. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other general applications. • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. • Proven track record of meeting objectives. • Minimum 2 years experience in wireless network technologies and environments. • Ability to work flexible shifts during non-business hours.
