In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the end-to-end process of flight reservations, ticket issuance, and itinerary planning. This position is critical to ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers, requiring a deep understanding of global distribution systems and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

* Process and issue airline tickets, visas, and travel documents in accordance with current airline policies and regulations.

* Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to search for availability, compare fares, and book flights for domestic and international destinations.

* Provide comprehensive travel advice and recommendations to clients, assisting with itinerary changes, cancellation, and rebooking requests.

* Maintain accurate records of all transactions, passenger details, and payment confirmations within the company database.

* Collaborate with airline representatives and travel partners to resolve discrepancies, upgrade requests, and special service requirements.

* Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, fare rules, and security protocols to ensure compliance and offer the best value to customers.

معالجة وإصدار تذاكر الطيران والتأشيرات ووثائق السفر وفقًا لسياسات شركات الطيران والأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها.
استخدام أنظمة التوزيع والحجز العالمية (GDS) للبحث عن الرحلات المتاحة، ومقارنة الأسعار، وإجراء حجوزات الرحلات للوجهات المحلية والدولية.
