Responsibilities
* Provide expert consultation to clients regarding domestic and international travel itineraries, visa requirements, and destination details.
* Process and manage complex flight bookings, hotel reservations, and package deals efficiently and accurately.
* Analyze client needs to recommend tailored travel packages that align with their budget and preferences.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, airline policies, and promotional offers to maximize sales opportunities.
* Resolve any issues related to bookings, cancellation, or changes promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in travel agency operations, ticketing, or tourism sales.
* Strong proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and booking software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
* Demonstrated aptitude for customer service and problem-solving in a high-volume setting.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
* Fluency in relevant languages is highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base.
