Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tile installation for floors, walls, and other surfaces, with a strong focus on precision, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can work independently, follow project specifications, and meet deadlines in a professional setting.

Note: This is a subcontractor position. Installer must provide their own tools. 

Responsibilities

• Install tile on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project plans and      specifications.
• Measure, cut, and lay tiles with accuracy, using appropriate adhesives and tools.
• Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and leveled before installation.
• Perform grouting, caulking, and sealing to complete tilework to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after installation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in tile installation (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and installation guides.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Must have own tile installation tools and transportation.
• Familiarity with surface preparation, including underlayment, backer board, and waterproofing systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
