Tile Setter

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our construction team. The Tile Setter will be responsible for installing a variety of tile materials such as ceramic, marble, granite, and slate in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of tile installation techniques, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately. This role requires preparing surfaces, cutting tiles to size, applying adhesives, and ensuring that finished surfaces are aesthetically pleasing and durable. Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces for tile installation.
• Measure and lay out tile patterns and designs according to project specifications.
• Cut tiles using appropriate tools and techniques for fitting corners, edges, and around obstacles.
• Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants properly to ensure longevity and durability of installations.
• Ensure all installations are level, plumb, and aligned to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with contractors and team members to complete projects on schedule.

• Proven experience as a Tile Setter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of tile installation methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to measure and cut tiles accurately.

COMPENSATION

$23-$25 per hours
