Position Available:

• Entry Level Tire Tech - Work in a fast-paced, team environment using different state-of-the-art equipment to produce the best Retread tires in the Industry.
• Starting pay $20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Ability to Lift objects, move objects while exerting physical energy
• Ability to Learn and Apply Concepts
• Retread station tasks: Inspection, Buffer, Skive, Repair, AZ extrusion, Pre-cure builder, Chambers, Final inspection, Monobeam/mold cure presses.
• Retread employees will be trained regularly and audited to ensure proficiency
• Testing proficiency will be determined by passing established audit processes
• Timeline progressions are recommendations and will vary between individuals
• Progression to next level program will be based on proficiencies gained and not elapsed time in program.

Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable Attendance
• Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn
• Flexibility to Work Overtime if Necessary
• Ability to Begin Work Promptly
• Must be 18 Years of Age
• Ability to remain standing for the entirely of one's shift
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
