Key Responsibilities
Collate, gather, and organize information related to title transactions and processes
Review documentation and validate data for accuracy and completeness
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to external clients and field escrow offices
Coordinate with multiple parties to assist in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of title processes
Support title teams with administrative and operational tasks in a production center or branch office environment
Serve as a liaison between departments, customers, and partners as needed
Maintain accurate records and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards
Provide specialized support functions related to title operations when applicable
Qualifications
Previous administrative, customer service, or title industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
Capable of completing most assignments with limited instruction
Work Environment
This is an in-office position based in Chico, CA
Employees are expected to work onsite 5 days per week
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
