Title Insurance | Commercial Coordinator | NYC-Hybrid

A large and leading Title Insurance company is searching for a talented and experienced Commercial Coordinator to join their dynamic team by way of New York City. The perfect candidate will bring with them a background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, along with a solid understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions, as well as familiarity with title bills and title policies.

The Commercial Coordinator should also have extensive experience with New York and/or national commercial transactions, firm understanding of compliance and settlement including disbursements and funding. Direct client contact. Minimum of 3 years experience in running commercial files. Real Estate Paralegals with Commercial experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.
