Title Insurance Support Specialist

CORE is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our talented and growing team as a Title Insurance Support Specialist/ Disburser/Recording Specialist. To fill this position, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our title insurance operations department, as well as assisting in the disbursing of closed files and posting e-recording documents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the processing and coordination of order entry and issuing commitment packages, while ensuring accuracy; additionally disbursing closed files and uploading recording documents to our e-filing portal.

Responsibilities:

· Open and start new orders

· Review and verify documentation for accuracy and missing information

· Pull taxes and assessments

· Send out commitment packages

· Disburse closed files

· Upload recording documents to the e-filing portal

Requirements:

· Previous experience in the title insurance industry or related field is highly desirable

· Strong knowledge of title insurance processes, regulations, and terminology

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

· Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills

· Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor
