At Palmetto Preschool, we're looking for a passionate Toddler Lead Teacher who understands that teaching toddlers is both an art and a science. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, organized, and committed to creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn each day.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a consistent schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do:

• Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment


• Implement daily lesson plans and learning activities


• Build strong relationships with children and families


• Maintain a safe and organized classroom


• Ensure compliance with all licensing and company standards


• Work collaboratively with your teaching team and center leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred


• Experience working with toddlers


• Ability to meet South Carolina childcare licensing requirements


• Strong communication and classroom management skills


• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
