Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests or delivery drivers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive

- Take orders accurately via phone, online, or in person

- Prepare and package orders according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation

- Process payments efficiently and provide receipts or order confirmations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and workstations

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
