Tool & Die Fabricator II

Qualifications:
Education\: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical training require.
Years of Experience\: 2 or more years of fabrication experience required.
Software Knowledge\: Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Requirements\: Proficient and certified in MIG welding required.

Responsibilities\: 
• Perform basic repair process of golf carts and heavy equipment bodies, frames, and related components.
• Read and interpret requested fabricated blueprints.
• Assist in training team members to meet established fabrication specifications.
• Create and test prototypes racking systems when standard methods do not apply.
• Fabricate templates for bending, shaping, and bracing metal structures.
• Utilize manual machine (Press, Lathe, etc.) tools to create basic components as required.
• Set-up and maintain use of portable burning/heating torches and plasma cutters.
• Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required.
• Operate a wide variety of thread types and sizes and utilize basic torque techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
