Position Overview
This position is responsible for sales growth, profitability and customer engagement across the Tools, Fasteners and Safety categories within the West District, including Reno & Elko NV. The role also supports Codale’s Industrial, Commercial and Renewable business verticals by partnering with sales teams, branch leadership, customers and vendor partners to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver value-added product solutions.
This position provides dedicated field and branch support for a strategic product category with direct impact on sales growth, margin performance, inventory health, vendor execution and customer retention. The specialist will help create alignment and consistency with the overall direction of the company and department across the assigned territory while supporting branch teams with product knowledge, promotions, customer calls and category initiatives.
