Capitol Toyota is hiring a Parts Salesperson to join their team!  This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person!

The Parts Salesperson sells Toyota parts to all customers – retail customers, through the shop, or on the phone.

Job Duties:

· Assists customers in selecting and purchasing parts

· Pulling and filling parts orders

· Bill out parts on customer invoices and process the associated paperwork

· Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, and special-order parts

· Keep the boutique area stocked, organized and clean

· Keep inventory of parts

· Keep the parts area clean and uncluttered

· Must be flexible with hours and lunch times

· Actively participate in the Daily Line-Ups

Qualifications:

· Previous parts experience in a dealership is preferred

· Have a high level of motivation for customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, team building – all with a customer focused attitude

· Dependable with a strong work ethic

· Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

· Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

· Valid driver’s license
