Toyota Service Advisor

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused service advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong understanding of automotive service, and is driven to provide an exceptional customer experience while meeting department goals

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally


• Consult with customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair needs


• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns 


• Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition 


• Communicate repair recommendations and explain services clearly to customers 


• Provide customers with accurate estimates and keep them informed throughout the repair process


• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow 


• Monitor repair progress and communicate delays or changes to customers 


• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed 


• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business


• Maintain customer satisfaction standards 


• Meet or exceed individual and department sales and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred 


• Strong customer service and communication skills 


• Professional appearance and positive attitude 


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 


• Strong organization and time-management skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair 


•  Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
