Trade Document Analyst

Job Description:

A prestigious Hedge Fund in Midtown, NY is seeking a Trade Documentation Analyst to join their team! This individual will be joining the Legal Department to help provide support for the negotiation of ISDA documentations and other financial trade documentations. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked on MRA, MSLA, and MSFTA contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate market documentation on behalf of the bank, including ISDA Master Agreements; Repurchase Agreements, Securities Lending Agreements and other standard market agreements
• Coordinate with Front Office, Client Management/Onboarding, Compliance and the Credit Department in the negotiation of market documentation
• Work with various capital markets desks to coordinate the negotiation of market documentation
• Work with external counsel, as necessary and appropriate
• Specific knowledge of interest rate, commodity, credit and/or equity derivatives and confirmations related thereto would be helpful

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of trade support or relevant experience
• Knowledge of OTC Derivatives is preferred
  
• Knowledge of Charles River OMS and VPM Accounting System a plus
  
• Ability to communicate effectively
  
• An understanding of product knowledge and fixed income products is a plus
  
• Understanding of International/Domestic Equity, Futures, and OTC/Derivatives

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $110,000
