Position Summary

Prepare shipping notification documentation pursuant to jurisdictional regulations.  Effectively resolve issues related to shipping and notification letters to ensure a customer on-time delivery.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsibility for processing shipping notifications for gaming devices, software and hardware.
• Establishes effective communication channels with a variety of internal and external audiences, which includes shipping notifications responses and approvals from gaming authorities.
• Update systems used in the processing of shipping notifications.
• Assist in resolving issues related to notification letters, system errors and holds as the order progresses through the shipping process.
• Organize and maintain effective filing and archival of notifications and associated documents.

• Assist Regulatory Compliance with inquiries.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:  1 - 3 years’ related experience in related field and gaming experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Part Sales/Finished Goods operations.
• Knowledge of company shipping procedures and jurisdictional regulations.
• Knowledge of compliance procedures.
• Ability to contribute to team effort and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage details effectively and efficiently.
• May be required to work extended hours and weekends.
• Experience with internal ERP systems, dashboards, and enterprise level applications.
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs and Adobe PDF files.

Physical Requirements:

Typical office environment with occasional exposure to light manufacturing environment.
