GST, LLC. is seeking an experienced Training & Facilitation Specialist to work with NOAA/NESDIS leadership and Workforce Engagement Branch personnel to support training coordination, facilitation, organizational learning, and workforce engagement initiatives.
This position will be located at our office in Silver Spring, MD and has been approved for a hybrid work schedule.
Primary Duties:
Training and Facilitation Support
Develop and deliver professional development courses and learning materials aligned with NESDIS organizational priorities.
Facilitate training events utilizing established behavioral assessment tools and methodologies.
Coordinate and support leadership development activities, professional skills training, and workforce engagement initiatives.
Support planning and facilitation of offsite meetings, workshops, organizational retreats, and strategic engagement sessions.
Develop facilitation scripts, executive-level briefing materials, training content, and organizational learning documentation.
Workforce Engagement and Organizational Development
Support succession planning activities, workforce development initiatives, and organizational competency building efforts.
Coordinate logistics, materials, scheduling, and communications associated with training and workforce engagement events.
Communications
Support coordination of workforce communications and employee engagement activities.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and executive briefings supporting workforce initiatives.
Required Education/Experience Skills:

Salary at GST is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range or this position and is just one component of the GST total compensation package for employees.
