What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support Team Member training
• Coach and develop new and current Team Members
• Help ensure training standards are followed
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Promote excellence in Friendly Fellowship, Fresh Food & Fast Service
• Partner with leadership to strengthen performance and team culture
