Training Director

At Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North, we are seeking a Training Director to lead the development and growth of our team. This role is designed for a high-capacity leader who is passionate about developing people, creating remarkable guest experiences, and fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

As the Training Director, you will design, implement, and lead the systems that develop our team and sustain our culture of excellence, accountability, and remarkable guest experiences.

You will be responsible for:

•       Establishing and refining training systems and processes

•       Leading Front of House and operational training initiatives

•       Upholding food safety and quality standards

•       Developing Team Members and strengthening retention

•       Partnering cross-functionally with other restaurant departments

•       Leading and developing a team of trainers who equip team members to Pathway standards

•       Developing team members into true hospitality professionals

Compensation & Benefits

•       Starting at $18 - $25 an hour (based on experience and performance)

Requirements:

•       Undergraduate or Technical Degree

•       Completion of our 90-Day Leadership Training Program

•       Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through people
