What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and training sessions on a bi-weekly basis
Provide administrative and logistical support for the training unit, including scheduling, communication, and material preparation
Manage training schedules, rosters, attendance records, and session logistics to ensure a smooth learner experience
Prepare training materials, presentations, participant packets, and facilitator notes for onboarding and learning sessions
Maintain and update training documents, onboarding checklists, learning resources, and participant records
Track training completion, collect feedback, and maintain accurate records for onboarding and development activities
Coordinate training calendars, room reservations, virtual meeting logistics, and related session details for team members and new hires
Communicate training schedules, session expectations, and follow-up information in a professional and timely manner
Professionally represent the company and help create a welcoming, organized, and effective onboarding and training experience for employees
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, training facilitation, or a similar role supporting employee learning
Experience preparing presentations, training materials, onboarding documents, and related learning resources
Prior project management experience in construction is desired, but not required
Skills:
Ability to coordinate schedules, training logistics, and multiple moving parts with high attention to detail
Strong recordkeeping, follow-through, and communication skills to support onboarding and training processes from start to finish
Engaging and comfortable with public speaking and facilitating
Extremely organized and comfortable multi-tasking
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and tact
Ability to anticipate needs
Desire to provide quality work in a timely manner
High level of confidentiality
Technology:
Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
Additional Requires:
Occasional travel may be required for facilitating training and events
