ABOUT THE TEAM
The Knowledge Management Department is a team dedicated to strengthening organizational learning, improving service delivery, and supporting continuous growth across SEEC. The team develops and implements knowledge management activities, promotes evidence-based practices, and uses data-driven strategies to support systems change and continuous improvement.
The Knowledge Management Department also develops and delivers training and educational initiatives that equip staff with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to provide high-quality services and effectively support SEEC’s mission.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
Obtain and maintain all required Trainer certifications.
Coordinate and deliver multiple professional trainings with support from SEEC’s training team. These trainings include, but are not limited to, MANDT, CPR/First Aid, use of iCareManager and other New Hire Orientation trainings, and Direct Support Professional I, II.
Provide training and learning initiatives for people supported.
Collaborate with KM Director, Program Director, and Managers to assess the effectiveness and quality of workforce training by implementing or recommending evaluation tools (i.e. Kirkpatrick 4 levels of evaluation), processes, analysis and trending.
Support SEEC’s Trainers’ Community of Practice in content, preparation, evaluation. Collaborate with colleagues to collect outcomes, analyze data, and suggest improvements to the wide range of training and learning opportunities and processes.
Participate in New Hire Orientation to review training requirements and other content as needed.
Monitor and track mandated training
Ensure that online staff trainings communications and reminders are being properly administered
Collaborate with Nursing Team to coordinate and oversee in-person Medication Technician Training Program sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues to collect outcomes, analyze data, and suggest improvements to the wide range of training and learning opportunities and processes.
