Job Description - Transducer/NTC Solderer

Eaton\u2019s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Transducer/NTC Solderer to join our team in Bethel, CT!\n\nThe core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm. \n\nThe hourly range for this position is $22-$27 per hour.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Solderer (NTC) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere. \n \nIn this role, you will: \n\u2022 Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass \n\u2022 Assemble, setup and maintain tooling \n\u2022 Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability \n\u2022 Perform visual inspection of parts \n\u2022 Maintain quality records \n\u2022 Interpret customer and supplier requirements \n\u2022 Additional duties as assigned\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\n\n * High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience required\n * Minimum 1 year of soldering experience required\n * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
