Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Transportation Project Manager for Antero Group, an integrated civil engineering, planning, economic development, grant services and environmental consulting firm. This hybrid position will manage transportation projects with a focus on roadway-related work across Illinois, Indiana and Texas.

This opportunity combines hands-on civil engineering expertise with project oversight, client management, staff leadership and business development support. The Transportation Project Manager will contribute to roadway, trail, intersection and related transportation projects while working as part of a broader national team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Manage transportation projects with a focus on roadway-related work
• Support projects across the country with a particular focus on Illinois, Indiana and Texas
• Perform civil engineering plan review and development
• Provide project oversight from a technical and management perspective
• Serve as a client liaison throughout project delivery
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Support proposals and business development efforts
• Perform technical writing
• Manage and mentor staff and colleagues
• Contribute to roadway, trail, intersection design and other transportation-related projects

COMPENSATION
• $120,000-$140,000

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering REQUIRED
• 8+ Years of Civil Roadway Design Experience REQUIRED
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) REQUIRED
• Civil 3D Skills REQUIRED
