We’re growing and looking for a Hybrid Transportation Specialist to join our family. You’ll support multiple departments, help keep our vehicle operations running smoothly, and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  

  Drive company and customer vehicles safely around the dealership and to off‑site locations

  
  


• 
  

  Write and review loaner contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in managing loaner inventory, including tracking availability and vehicle condition

  
  


• 
  

  Stage and organize key and vehicle inventory to maintain an efficient and orderly system

  
  


• 
  

  Perform accounts receivable tasks such as logging payments or assisting with documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Clean inventory vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers and internal use

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in hybrid tasks across departments including service, sales, and administrative support

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  Follow all dealership procedures and safety protocols

  
  

REQUIREMENTS

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
