JOB SUMMARY: Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the District’s transportation training programs for CDL and Non-CDL drivers, bus assistants, and transportation staff. Serve as a key compliance and safety resource, ensuring all training, certification, and licensing requirements are met in accordance with federal, state, and district regulations. Collaborate closely with Safety and Training leadership, Driver Trainers, and operational staff to move trainees through the qualification process and promote safe, consistent, and effective transportation services for students.
