Position Highlights

• Coverage of 10+ trauma shifts per month
  

• $6,000 per 24 -hour trauma shift
  

• No medical direction responsibilities
  

• Work alongside a skilled, friendly, and collaborative anesthesia team
  

• Trauma service averages just 1–3 calls per day
  

• Only a small number of cases require immediate OR intervention, with most cases scheduled later with the OR team
  

Practice Environment

When trauma volume is light, particularly during weekday mornings, physicians are expected to collaborate with the anesthesia team in the operating rooms to help maintain efficient workflow and support a smooth day across the department.
