Travel Advisor

As an Advisor of Travel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and planning customized travel itineraries for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs and use your expertise to create personalized travel packages that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and needs

- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences

- Create customized itineraries that meet client budget and time constraints

- Book flights, accommodations, and other arrangements for clients

- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and destination information

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and arrangements

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and activities a plus but not required

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient computer skills

- Passion and a willingness to learn about new destinations and cultures
