Travel Planning Coordinator Remote

About the Position

We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals interested in helping clients plan memorable travel experiences. As a Travel Planning Coordinator, you will work with clients to understand their vacation preferences, research available options, and assist with coordinating the details of their trips.

This remote role offers flexibility along with training, resources, and ongoing support to help you become familiar with destinations, travel suppliers, and booking systems.

What You'll Do

* Communicate with clients to learn about their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

* Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and activities.

* Help clients compare vacation options and select travel experiences that fit their needs.

* Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate booking information.

* Assist with payments, travel documents, and important trip details.

* Provide continued support and communication throughout the planning process.

* Keep up with travel promotions, destination information, and supplier training.

* Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
