Job Title: Traveling Journeyman Painter
Location: Vancouver, WA 98661 (home base; travel to project sites required)
Compensation: $30–$38 per hour, plus per diem
Employment Type: Full-time, year-round

Diverse Works is a busy commercial painting and coatings company serving the Portland–Vancouver area and projects across the region. We're hiring experienced journeyman painters who like to travel and want steady, year-round work with a team that supports their growth.

What You'll Do

• Travel to commercial and large construction job sites, often for multi-day or multi-week stretches


• Prep surfaces, apply coatings, and spray paint large surfaces efficiently and cleanly


• Work closely with crew members and site leads to keep projects on schedule


• Represent the company professionally with clients and general contractors


• Bring and maintain your own hand tools

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of verifiable commercial painting experience


• Strong spray skills; airless sprayer experience preferred


• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for out-of-town projects


• Reliable, insured transportation


• Solid work ethic, good time management, and a team-first attitude


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen


• Eligibility to work in the United States
