WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support Treasury activities, including the maintenance of bank accounts, monitoring of bank fees and maintenance of banking records.
Assist with daily cash management activities and cash flow reporting.
Support line of credit administration, including monthly collateral reporting, covenant compliance, and supporting schedules.
Assist with annual renewals for line of credit agreements and annual credit rating
Record monthly interest expense and loan fee journal entries for all active debt facilities.
Support bond issuances and related financing transactions.
Coordinate debt and finance related item requests from lenders, auditors, and consultants.
Assist with federal income tax and tangible personal property tax returns.
Assist with corporate entity maintenance, including state filings and registrations.
Support special projects involving acquisitions, financing transactions, and land development activities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
5+ years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, public accounting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements , reconciliations, and accounting principles..
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
