Treatment Coordinator

Falls Pointe Dentistry is seeking a motivated and dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our stellar team! Get ready to work with a group of hard-working tooth nerds, two fantastic associate doctors, and an owner doctor who strongly appreciates the team's well-being. We are fully equipped with the latest technology and can offer our patients an expanded list of restorative services, including crown and bridge, removable dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. Our focus is on patient education, comfort, and elevating our patients' experience to the next level!

The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role within our team. We are looking for someone to work at the front desk, answering phones, checking patients in and out, reviewing treatment plans and financials, and scheduling appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will

• 1+ years of experience with detailed treatment coordinating and strong scheduling capabilities
• Discuss financial options in a clear and compassionate manner
• Have a strong understanding of dental insurance and general dentistry terminology
• Open Dental software experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual is highly needed and is a strong plus (not required)
• Project a warm, positive, and professional attitude both to patients and team members
• Work well with the team, have a fun sense of humor, be enthusiastic, and have a joyful attitude!
