Treatment Coordinator - Finance/Sales

Thurman Orthodontics is seeking a Energetic Treatment/Financial Coordinator whose passion is making things happen. Patients want to know three things: “What do I need?” “Why do I need it?” And most importantly these days, “How much will it cost?” Our Treatment Coordinators are multitasking superheroes who steer our patients towards the treatment they need and offer them a financial roadmap. Duties & Responsibilities: - The ability to connect with patients on a personal level. Discuss treatment options and prepare financial arrangements with patients. - Follow up with patients that have not yet decided on treatment. -Be knowledgeable in various insurance plans, exclusions and limitations. -  Actively participate as a contributing member of the office team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications: - A minimum of 1 to 3 years of Any of the following: Office Experience, Customer Service, or Sales Experience. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Computer literate a must. - Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus. -No Previous dental experience required. We are looking for the right personality to connect with patients and parents seeking treatment with our office and are willing to train.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:35am-5:15pm approximately 30-40+ hours weekly.

Rate of Pay: $24.00 - $35.00+ hourly. Competitive compensation for Rock Star employees.
