Note: This role requires 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience that includes actual trial experience. Candidates without hands-on courtroom trial history will not be considered. Active Texas Bar licensure in good standing is required. Bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

Job DescriptionAs a Trial Attorney on our team, you will:

• Manage a robust plaintiff's personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings in full compliance with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and precision
• Appear at court hearings, mediations, and trials and advocate powerfully on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel to achieve maximum outcomes
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of paralegals and support clerks with strong case management discipline
• Deliver exceptional client service at every stage of the legal process
• Collaborate with firm leadership and peers in a team-oriented, high-performance environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience with hands-on trial experience (required)
• Active Texas State Bar license in good standing (required)
• Thorough command of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Proven experience in depositions, motions practice, and courtroom advocacy
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail
• Leadership skills with experience managing paralegals and legal support staff
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
