About the Role

One of the most important aspects to HXP is the Trip Leaders. They can make or break a trip. As a Trip Leader Logistics Specialist, you will put your heart and soul into this year’s cohort of Trip Leaders. You will help screen, interview, hire, prepare, and support them. 

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building Trip Leaders, loves to be effective and efficient, seeks ways to be more effective and efficient and can put their head down and grind with daily consistency. 

Responsibilities

• Help run screening and interview process
  

• Help Trip Leaders prepare for their trips
  

• Help onboard and offboard Trip Leaders before and after their trip
  

• Help carry out communication with Trip Leader applicants and hires
  

• Contribute to Trip Leader Team responsibilities as needed (events, recruiting)
  

Qualifications

• Previous or current Trip Leader
  

• Ability to inspire Trip Leaders
  

• Extremely hard worker
  

• Ability to manage stress well
  

• Extreme attention to detail
  

• Ability to work well with a team
  

• Ability to learn new systems quickly
