Troy, MI - Stock & Asset Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stock & Asset Management to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Asset Manager will have primary responsibilities for addressing New Hire/Onboarding requests on ITSM portal, including the day to day managing of Stock, Logistics Operation, Asset management, delivering services, and other standard activities to ensure we meet our obligations

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of EUC assets, associated to steady support at the Troy MI. site.
• Stock Management- Overseeing the Stock Audits
• Maintaining agreed Stock Levels and working with the client/partner accordingly
• Imagining- All store devices shall be re-imaged prior to completing the In Storage tasks. New and used assets, local procedures will be created to identify device in storage
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate inventory
• Interfacing with partner/delivery teams to ensure data integrity in Service First and associated systems
• SNOW updates as pertains to: Loaners/Site Spare deployments assigned to location, state, make/model and type
• Asset Inventory Accuracy: Stock Room Spares, Inventory, stock Replenishment (Threshold) & asset accuracy (SNOW)
• Loners- Sign In/Out Sheet

NOTES:

• Overall ownership and control of assets being utilized during daily deskside support endeavours.
• All devices being distributed are required to be maintained and updated immediately in SNOW.
• Ensures all Operational processes are followed and understood
• AM Backup role will be required and identified.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Right Process and ownership are key to assist in maintaining an accurate accountability of the sites IT assets.
