As a member of the Materials, the Truck Driver responsible for safely operating a Lear - branded truck, typically a commercial vehicle like a tractor-trailer, to deliver products to specified destinations on time, adhering to all federal and state regulations, while maintaining the vehicle in good condition and providing excellent customer service during deliveries

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of both the driver and other road users.


• Interact with customers and always maintain a professional demeanor.


• Always maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company policies and regulations.


• Keep accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any issues that may arise during transportation.


• Safely driving the truck to designated delivery locations and unloading cargo according to customer requirements.


• Properly securing all cargo on the truck to prevent damage during transport.


• Following assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Your Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL


• Must have 1 year of OTR truck driving experience (6 months in the last year) OR 9 months OTR experience with a truck driving school


• Compliance with all DOT Driver Qualifications


• Clean driving record for three years.


• Updated medical card


• Must pass drug test


• Health & safety knowledge


• Good communication and organizational skills
