Position Highlights

• Home Time: Get a 34-hour reset at home most weekends. While home time is prioritized, resets may not always cover the full weekend depending on delivery schedules. Depart Sunday night or Monday morning and return by the weekend (exact schedule may vary by delivery location).


• Routes: All regional runs, primarily within 500 miles of Greer, SC – no long-haul OTR coast-to-coast trips. Enjoy consistent routes and familiar lanes.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Base Pay: $0.55 per practical mile (top industry rates for regional drivers), calculated using practical miles via PCMiler.


• Detention & Layover Pay: Compensation for delays and layovers to ensure drivers are fairly paid for wait times.


• Mileage: Drivers average 2,000-2,500 miles per week.


• Earnings: Average weekly pay of $1,200 - $1,400 (pre-tax/gross), including performance bonuses, with top drivers earning up to $1,800 per week.


• Performance Bonus: Earn more for safe driving, fuel efficiency, and meeting revenue targets.


• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum: $800/week minimum pay, so you always have a stable paycheck.


• Weekly Pay & Miles: Steady freight to keep you moving and earning every week.

Qualifications

• License: Valid CDL-A (Class A) driver’s license required.
