This role involves a combination of warehouse operations and transportation duties. Key responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, preparing pallets for shipment, and completing all necessary documentation related to these processes. Utilize the electronic production system to facilitate picking/packing. The position also includes general warehouse tasks such as cleaning and maintaining storage areas, depending on workload and operational needs.
A primary function of this role is the transportation of materials between customer sites and internal locations, which requires a valid CDL Class A license.
High school or GED, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be D.O. T. certified or be able to qualify for certification.
Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
Forklift Certified.

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; frequently required to climb or balance; and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; depth perception; and ability to adjust focus.
Must possess a Group A commercial driver’s license. Safe driving record required.
Must be able to work extra hours when necessary and report to work whenever needed during non-working periods. Must be knowledgeable in all state and federal D.O.T. regulations that pertain to the operation of commercial motor vehicles. Must have a working knowledge of catalog numbers and transformer final assembly numbers.Must be familiar with OSHA regulations as it relates to warehousing. Must be familiar with freight manifest and other shipping documents.
This position is designated as safety‑sensitive based on the duties performed. Employees in safety‑sensitive positions must comply with the Cooperative’s fitness‑for‑duty requirements and all applicable federal and state regulations governing workplace substance use and safety.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
