Truck Lead & Inventory Manager
The Truck Lead and Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory organization, truck operations, product flower, storage standards, and overall inventory systems at Chick-fil-A. This role ensures the restaurant remains organized, fully stocked, food-safe, and operationally prepared to serve guests efficiently. This position requires a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented leader who can work with urgency while maintaining Chick-fil-a standards and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and organize all truck deliveries
- Ensure accurate product rotation and food safety compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages proactively
- Assist with inventory counts, tracking, and waste reduction
- Lead and support truck/inventory team members
- Maintain organization of walk-ins, freezers, dry storage, and supply areas
- Create systems and processes that improve efficiency and organization
- Work closely with leadership regarding inventory needs and operational goals
- Represent the brand professionally within the community
- Perform additional duties as directed by leadership

- Truck completed accurately and efficiently
- Organized and food-safe storage areas maintained daily
- Low product waste and minimized inventory loss
- Accurate inventory counts and product tracking
- Content performance and local awareness metrics timely communication of shortages and ordering needs
- Cleanliness and organization
- Consistent adherence to Chick-fil-A food safety standards
- Team accountability and operational ready

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments

- Reliable, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or restaurant operations experience preferred.

- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends for events and outreach
