Truck Technician/Mechanic

We are Healey Brothers Inc. Hudson Valley's largest automotive group serving the area for over 45 years.  As an award-winning automotive group, we're always looking for the best talent!   We're currently hiring for Truck Mechanic/Technicians at Healey Ford Lincoln. Ideal candidates have ASE certifications, at least 3 years of dealership experience, truck maintenance & repair experience, powertrain experience and certifications related to the brands we service (preferred not required). Details About This Position:

This position is a Full Time and Hourly position.  The schedule for this position is generally a daytime 8-hour shift. Travel may be involved. Compensation will reflect the ideal candidate's experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Will possess a minimum of 3 year's experience and training as an automotive technician


• A clear and insurable Driver’s License


• Is self-motivated and is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table


• Can operate with minimum supervision and stays on schedule


• Is familiar with a dealership atmosphere or is a quick learner


• Is reliable, punctual, detail orientated, and takes pride in their work


• ASE Certifications preferred


• General and competent language, interpretation, mathematical, and reasoning abilities


• Excellent communication and follow up skills

What You Will Do:

• Diagnosis and repair of vehicles (trucks, sprinter vans, etc)


• Accurately perform all repairs and maintenance


• Powertrain specialist 


• Ford Stars Training Certifications


• Communicate clearly and professionally with group leader and advisor


• Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment


• Travel may be involved utilizing company vehicles


• Must be comfortable on one’s feet, the position requires a considerable amount of standing.
