Who We're Looking For

We are currently looking for 1st & 2nd Shift Truss Assemblers to join our hardworking team in Pleasantville, Iowa. With competitive pay ranging from $21.59-$23.59 per hour, you will work individually or with a team to assemble trusses according to project specifications. This opportunity also includes potential roles as a Sawyer, Catcher, and Stacker.

What's a Typical Day Like?

As a Truss Assembler, your day will be spent working hands-on to build wood trusses to be used in various construction applications. Daily tasks include measuring and positioning truss components and fastening them together using hand tools and production equipment, following design specifications to ensure accuracy and quality, inspecting finished trusses to ensure quality standards, and helping keep the work area organized and safe while meeting production goals. Basic construction, manufacturing, or carpentry experience is helpful but not required.
