What you will be doing:

• Assist clients with important decisions involved in protecting their families and preparing for the future.


• Work in the Trust & Estate department handling all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration.


• Address federal estate and gift taxation issues related to estate planning.


• Draft a full range of estate planning documents.


• Engage in business succession planning, charitable planning, probate, and trust administration.


• Work in a collegial and flexible environment with support for mentoring and business development.

Experience you will need:

• 3+ years of Trust & Estate experience.


• Excellent academic qualifications.


• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.


• Must be admitted to practice in NH.
