Location:
San Jose, California. This is a fully on site position designed for someone who enjoys working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients in a collaborative office environment. Candidates may relocate at their own expense; relocation assistance is not provided.
Note:
Must have 2+ years of directly relevant trusts and estates experience and hands-on WealthDocs experience. Candidates should have practical experience supporting probate and/or estate planning matters in a law firm or similar legal environment.

Job Description
- Support attorneys with estate planning and probate matters from client intake through completion
- Prepare, organize, and maintain estate planning documents using WealthDocs
- Assist with probate administration, trust administration, and related court matters
- Prepare and coordinate legal documents, correspondence, forms, and filings
- Assist with conservatorship and court-supervised trust matters as needed
- Coordinate deadlines, appointments, client communications, and case-related follow-up
- Gather and organize financial, family, and other information needed for estate planning and probate matters
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, government agencies, and other parties
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files
- Work closely with attorneys and other staff to keep matters moving efficiently
- Provide dependable administrative and substantive legal support across multiple active matters
Qualifications
- 2+ years of trusts and estates paralegal experience
- Hands-on WealthDocs experience is required
- Probate and estate planning experience
- Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and case management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
- Spanish fluency is a plus
